Romancing The Vine Educational Wine Series

Learn a little, drink a little, love a little.

During the month of April, spend your Wednesday evenings learning from a wine expert the different foreign wine regions at the ultra sophisticated and brand new Arcadia Fine Wine located in Safari Drive, Scottsdale. From 6pm - 8pm, enjoy a tasting series of exotic wines from international regions while sampling delightful foods to suit your palate.  This intimate setting of 25 guests will allow you to ask those questions you've always been nervous to ask when ordering at that special occasion.

Whether you choose to join us for one night or all five, you will be sure to have the knowledge of a sommelier and the memories of an aficionado when you leave.

• Salad, St. Andre cheese, Strawberries, Simply Bread and Boeuf Bourguignon  

 
Wednesday April 8, 2009

• Wine Region: Italy
• Salad, Parmigianino Regiano, Olive Oil and Bread, Spaghetti and Meat Balls

Wednesday April 15, 2009

• Wine Region: Spain
• Salad, Manchego fresh, Manchego Aged, Sautéed Shrimp in garlic cumin butter

Wednesday April 22, 2009

• Wine Region: South America
• Salad, Goat Cheese with dried fruit, Beef Tenderloin on Rosemary sticks

Wednesday April 29, 2009

• Wine Region: Australia
• Salad, Australian cheese, Rack of Lamb in a rosemary mustard crust
